Comfortable working across multiple banking operations domains (Customer Service, Collections, Core Operations) with ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
Demonstrates technical proficiency combined with business acumen and the ability to mentor team members and contribute thought leadership in analytics-driven process improvements.
