About This Role
- Manage and deliver the end-to-end technology roadmap and Book Of Work for Data and Reporting within Controls Technology.
- Drive enterprise data strategy implementation, including oversight of data platforms, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality/compliance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and influence senior business and technology leaders to execute data transformation and reporting initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 20 years experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Reporting, and Enterprise Data Transformation in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of EIM and Issue Management domain including CAPs, Exceptions, Milestones, and issue lifecycle.
- Advanced SQL and relational database design skills; experience with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL, data ingestion, governance, and security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred.
