About This Role
- Manage and ensure accuracy and consistency of master data related to Material, BOM, Recipe, and Production versions across the organization.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and support data governance, compliance, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data issues, support data migration and integration projects, and assist in process optimization initiatives like Sharepoint and S4 HANA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- 5-9 years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chains.
- Proficiency in SAP/MDG, S4 HANA, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other data management tools.
- Working knowledge of master data management processes, frameworks, and governance; strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing master data within enterprise SAP/S4 HANA environments, especially in healthcare or biotech supply chains.
- Able to analyze large datasets for trends and discrepancies and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Capable of effective cross-functional collaboration and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve data issues and support governance.
