Proven ability to lead Agile development teams and proficiency in Scrum ceremonies, facilitating effective Agile adoption.
Experienced in driving product strategy and development within global, complex workforce management environments.
Demonstrated success in managing complex product launches and using data-driven decision making and product analytics for continuous improvement.
