Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and quarter-end close activities in multiple geographies.
Skills in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), knowledge of Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase; experience with data analytics tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, PowerBI) is a plus.
Experienced leader used to managing global teams supporting complex revenue accounting and financial reporting across multiple international geographies including NA, EMEA, and APAC.
Strong operator capable of balancing BAU deliverables with process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives for large-scale R2R processes.
Comfortable working independently with multiple stakeholders including legal entity and geography controllers, demonstrating senior-level communication and decision-making skills.
