About This Role
- Maintain and validate critical financial asset data for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with risk controls.
- Lead and mentor the reference data team, overseeing governance policies and representing data needs across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to innovate data solutions and contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Business-related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in financial data or reference data roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, experience with SQL or other databases, and familiarity with business intelligence tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, accounting concepts, and ability to resolve complex reference data issues.

- Experienced in leading and mentoring teams within reference or financial data management functions.
- Strong operational focus with ability to handle complex data validations and maintain relationships with data providers and clients.
- Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to design, implement, and govern reference data strategies and processes.
