About This Role
- Own full project lifecycle for enterprise IT software solutions incorporating AI-first engineering practices.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and reliable AI-integrated systems aligned to business goals.
- Implement AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, and deployment to optimize performance and system reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, AI/ML integration, and custom application integration with systems like SAP, Salesforce, Workday.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling AI-first, enterprise-grade IT software systems with strong understanding of AI tools and LLM implementations.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional business stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Finance, HR) in translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment combining software engineering fundamentals with emerging AI technologies and DevSecOps practices.
