About This Role
- Own and deliver high-quality software solutions addressing customer escalations and support incidents within the Customer Sustaining Team.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis and patch delivery, enhancing user experience.
- Adopt Agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrumban), employ TDD/BDD, and support onboarding while continuously developing skills and promoting engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), microservices, RESTful web services, and modern application architecture.
- Experience working onsite in Bangalore; hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI service integration within software development.
- Proficient with database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and DevOps/cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
- Background in life sciences or regulated environments and familiarity with diagnostic tools for complex issue resolution preferred.
