About This Role
- Own design, development, and delivery of software solutions for customer escalations and support incidents.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues including performance, scalability, and security for software applications.
- Collaborate in Agile environment using TDD/BDD, CI/CD and support team onboarding and continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills in Java, JavaScript (React/Angular), microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and technologies including GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs, and AI service integration.
- Proficiency with databases Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB including query optimization and troubleshooting.
- On-site role in Bangalore; experience with software quality/delivery tools such as JUnit, Jest, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues involving distributed systems and performance optimizations.
- Familiarity with Life Sciences industry and regulated environments, including experience with audits and compliance is a plus.
- Strong engineering mindset with demonstrated ability to promote best practices and quality within teams and organizations.
