Demonstrated technical leadership in multidisciplinary product development teams, including mentoring, architectural decision-making, and stakeholder management.
Experienced in medical device or regulated industry embedded systems architecture with understanding of compliance and quality standards (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 14971).
Skilled in designing high-reliability, safety-critical control systems involving sensors, motors, pumps, valves, fault tolerance, and diagnostics.
Ability to influence and align global R&D teams on architectural roadmaps and support modernization of legacy embedded systems to next-generation platforms.
