About This Role
- Manage and mentor a team of up to 15 Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers with 50% of time allocated to technical architecture work on Salesforce Industries Cloud projects.
- Lead internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice including methodology development, team enablement, hiring, and onboarding new architects.
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients delivering enterprise AI-driven technology solutions, overseeing architecture, governance, workshops, client relationships, and project success metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects with individual contributor management.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Must have expertise in Salesforce Industries Cloud (Comms, H&I, FSC or Revenue), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio; plus strong skills in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture, Apex Design Patterns, Salesforce/Apex and modern web technologies.
- Proficiency in English; Salesforce certifications preferred but not mandatory.
