Proficiency in English; Salesforce certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced leader capable of balancing technical delivery (50% billable) with team and practice leadership at a senior management level.
Strong background in enterprise architecture and AI-first technology integration within Salesforce-related cloud environments.
Skilled in client advisory, workshop facilitation, and managing complex stakeholder relationships in fast-paced AI and data-compliant delivery settings.
