About This Role
- Manage US accounting operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Oversee income recognition, vendor payments, remittance reports, and inventory analysis across multiple branches.
- Communicate with clients on financial matters, lead a team, and suggest process improvements and automation.
- Work hours are fixed for Night Shift from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Inter CA, or US CMA qualification.
- Experience working with US accounting standards and US KPO environment preferred.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, PDF, and office tools.
- Proficiency in English and ability to work the specified night shift hours.
