About This Role
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Talent Management) to optimize client workforce management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand HCM needs and lead business process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and generate HR analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to inform decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant domain.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and Oracle BI Publisher.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing HR Transformation projects and implementing strategic Human Resource Planning.
- Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance HCM processes and drive business process improvements.
