About This Role
- Lead implementation and support of SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) module focusing on contract management, lease administration, and property management.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze real estate processes, design SAP REFX configurations, conduct workshops, and ensure regulatory compliance in real estate transactions.
- Provide ongoing SAP REFX system support including data integrity, financial reporting, process improvements, and assist technical teams with system integration and data migration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of specialized SAP REFX experience and at least 10 years total SAP consulting experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as B.E., MBA, CA, or MCA.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.
- SAP REFX certification is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with strong expertise in real estate business processes, finance (FI-AA), and hands-on SAP REFX configuration and support.
- Comfortable working in client-facing roles involving workshops, training, and collaboration with legal and business teams to ensure compliance.
- Capable of driving process improvements and working closely with cross-functional technical teams in a consulting environment within large enterprises.
