About This Role
- Assist Head of HR in implementing HR strategic planning aligned with hotel and corporate strategy.
- Execute comprehensive HR management including recruitment, training, compensation, team member and labor relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Manage HR data systems, reporting, and oversee team engagement initiatives and supervision to foster positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service-oriented industries.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
