About This Role
- Monitor and maintain global network infrastructure ensuring optimal performance and uptime as per SLA.
- Act as first responder for incident management including troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of network issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for network changes, migrations, equipment commissioning, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Networking.
- CCNA or equivalent certification mandatory (to be obtained within 6 months of joining if not already certified).
- Strong knowledge of routing & switching protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP), and experience with Cisco & Arista network devices.
- Availability to work weekend shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced routing, switching, firewall troubleshooting, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Splunk.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to resolve network incidents and implement changes.
- Familiarity with cloud basics (GCP) and scripting tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform) to support automation and operational efficiency.
