About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and execution of core Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) services globally, including log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response.
- Manage cross-functional coordination, operational performance metrics, and ensure service alignment with enterprise risk and governance standards.
- Drive process improvement, integration of industry frameworks, and transparent reporting to senior leadership on GSOC operational health and risk.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security service delivery, program management, or risk management, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with GSOC functions: log ingestion, SIEM operations, use case development, threat detection, incident response.
- Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in relevant cybersecurity or service delivery roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global, cross-cultural team coordination and managing cybersecurity service delivery across multiple regions.
- Proficient in strategic planning, program execution, executive reporting, and driving operational efficiency through technology and process innovation.
- Broad cybersecurity domain knowledge including governance, risk, network security, threat/vulnerability management, incident response, and familiarity with models like MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain.
