About This Role
- Lead and scale a team of Quality Engineers and Software Test Developers in Bangalore focused on FlashArray foundation quality.
- Define and execute quality strategy including test automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and release readiness across software, firmware, and hardware.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Product Management, and Release teams to improve testability and ensure high reliability of FlashArray products.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of technical software experience with at least 3 years managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Experience with enterprise storage, networking, embedded systems, or distributed infrastructure product delivery.
- Proficiency in test architecture, shift-left CI/CD, and automation frameworks using Python or similar languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with domain knowledge in enterprise storage platforms, NVMe, firmware, and hardware testing.
- Strong technical breadth including Linux, storage protocols (NVMe, FC), fault injection, and reliability testing.
- Skilled in cross-regional team management and integrating AI-assisted tools for test automation and failure analysis.
