About This Role
- Own and execute end-to-end quality strategy for enterprise storage platform ensuring zero-downtime resilience across physical and cloud environments.
- Build and lead scalable automated testing frameworks and tooling to improve defect detection and test execution efficiency at large scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex defects, enhancing overall product reliability in mission-critical systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams through full software development lifecycle with deep technical involvement.
- Strong expertise in systems software development using languages like C, C++, Golang, or Java, focusing on fault-tolerant and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of modern software quality methodologies including system test design, automated workflows, and defect root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work from Bangalore office as per company policy (in-office work environment).

- Experienced engineering leader with a technical background in systems-level architecture and distributed systems software.
- Skilled in defining and executing quality strategies in complex, large-scale, mission-critical software environments.
