About This Role
- Own and execute the end-to-end quality strategy for a high-performance storage array platform ensuring zero-downtime performance across physical and cloud environments.
- Develop and scale systems testing, feature interoperability validation, and automated test workflows to accelerate defect detection and reduce manual testing overhead.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for root-cause defect resolution and continuous quality improvement, mentoring engineering teams in Agile practices to maintain high release velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with active technical involvement in systems software.
- Proficiency in systems software development in languages such as C, C++, Golang, or Java with focus on fault-tolerant architecture and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern software quality methodologies including system test design, automated testing, and root-cause defect analysis.
- Work location requirement: Primarily in-office at the specified office location; remote work only approved for PTO, travel, or leave.

- Engineering leader with deep technical experience in fault-tolerant distributed systems and systems software engineering.
- Practitioner of Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven ability to integrate customer feedback into quality improvements in a responsive development environment.
- Experienced in designing large-scale automated testing strategies to simulate real-world enterprise workloads and ensure software resilience and interoperability.
