About This Role
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, metadata definitions, and taxonomy frameworks across multiple content domains.
- Investigate recurring data-quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement scalable process improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Develop quality dashboards and governance documentation, support customer escalations, and drive AI/automation initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, content operations, product operations, information management, or related fields.
- Experience with root cause analysis and cross-functional process improvement.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets; financial information services experience preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Experienced in defining operational metrics, standards, and documentation for data quality and governance.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to drive improvements.
- Experienced in scalable data quality frameworks and knowledgeable about leveraging AI and automation for efficiency gains.
