Has hands-on experience managing international air and ocean import shipments with strong problem-solving in customs clearance and shipment escalations.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple shipment priorities in a fast-paced night shift logistics environment with attention to detail in documentation and operational tracking.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination and using Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics tracking/reporting tools to improve shipment visibility and cost efficiency.
