About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox distribution and market share in the assigned operational area.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor the sales team aligned with business goals in the market.
- Plan market coverage and ensure quality, compliance, and audit of sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
