About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share within assigned operations area.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor sales team; plan market segmentation for ASM deployment.
- Ensure quality control through audits and monitor sales/acquisition metrics to meet targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales or business development, preferably B2C markets.
- Must have experience in quota-driven sales and strong sales/negotiation skills.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within specified area.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced people manager with skills in coaching and mentoring sales teams at scale.
- Able to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and communicate complex solutions to non-expert customers.
- Preferably with background or interest in payments and finance industry; comfortable leading large teams in fast-growing environments.
