About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and increase market share in the assigned region.
- Manage and recruit a sales team, plan market coverage and sales targets, and ensure communication aligns expectations with delivery.
- Monitor sales quality through audits and validations, ensuring accountability for deployments and acquisition metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Strong networking skills with willingness for extensive travel in the assigned area.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
