About This Role
- Drive growth of QR and Soundbox product distribution and market share within assigned operational area.
- Recruit, lead, and manage sales team for merchant acquisition and sales performance.
- Plan market coverage for Assistant Sales Managers and monitor sales quality and audit acquisitions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales, business development in B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the specified area.
- Good networking skills and experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
