About This Role
- Drive growth and increase market share for QR & Soundbox products in the assigned region through extensive deployment and sales.
- Recruit, build, and manage the sales team to align with market expansion goals and monitor team performance quality.
- Plan market geographies for Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs), communicate targets effectively, and conduct audits on team acquisitions and sales.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets, preferably with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing is required.
- Extensive travel willingness and strong networking capabilities within specified area.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced manager with a track record of leading large sales teams and scaling business in fast-growing environments.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new concepts.
