About This Role
- Drive growth of Paytm's QR & Soundbox distribution and market share in Rajgarh cluster.
- Recruit, manage, and align a sales team to achieve business targets and extensive product deployment.
- Ensure quality control through audits and effective communication of plans/targets to minimize delivery gaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets including quota-driven sales.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively in specified area (Rajgarh cluster).
- Good networking, coaching, mentoring skills; experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
