About This Role
- Drive growth in distribution and market share for QR & Soundbox products in the assigned area.
- Recruit, plan, and manage the sales team including ASMs to achieve targets and market coverage.
- Ensure quality and compliance through audits and monitoring of team acquisitions and sales.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development in B2C markets.
- Must have good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively in the specified area.
- Experience in quota-driven sales with strong sales and negotiation skills required.
- MBA in Marketing preferred; experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
