About This Role
- Drive growth of distribution and market share in assigned operational area through extensive QR & Sound Box deployment and product sales.
- Recruit, build, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives in the market, including planning market size and geographies for ASMs.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring parameters and conducting audits on acquisitions and sales made by the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing (or related field) is required.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
- Good networking capabilities and skills in coaching and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced people manager capable of handling large sales teams and driving business growth in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with payments and finance sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
