About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share within assigned geographic area.
- Lead recruitment, training, and management of sales team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance by auditing sales and acquisitions conducted by the team and maintain quality standards as per management guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development in B2C markets.
- MBA in Marketing is required.
- Experience in quota-driven sales with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
