About This Role
- Drive growth in distribution and market share for QR & Sound Box products in the assigned geographic area.
- Own deployment and sales of QR & Sound Box, ensuring extensive product visibility and accountability.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a sales team (ASMs), plan market coverage, and oversee sales quality audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales/business development in B2C markets.
- Must have experience in quota-driven sales with good sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within specified area.
- MBA in Marketing preferred; experience in payments/finance is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
