- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox distribution and market share in the assigned operational area.
- Recruit, plan, and manage sales teams (Area Sales Managers) to meet market size and geographical goals.

Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales, business development, B2C markets.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Experience in quota-driven sales with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the specified area.
