About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Sound box product distribution and market share in assigned area.
- Recruit, plan, and manage sales team including ASMs, aligning them to business goals and minimizing delivery gaps.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring parameters and conducting audits on team acquisitions and sales.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales/business development, preferably B2C and quota-driven sales.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively in the specified area.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Strong networking capabilities and skilled in coaching/mentoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced sales leader with ability to manage large teams and drive business growth in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of results in a dynamic market.
- Good at articulating complex solutions to customers, with experience in payments or finance as a plus.
