About This Role
- Drive growth in distribution and market share of QR & Soundbox products in the assigned territory.
- Own deployment, sales, and quality audits of QR & Soundbox products ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Recruit, plan, and manage a sales team including Area Sales Managers to meet market expansion and sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales/business development in B2C markets with quota-driven sales.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within specified area.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Good networking skills and experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large sales teams and business development in fast-growing firms.
- Comfortable operating with ownership in ambiguous environments and articulating complex solutions to novice customers.
- Familiarity or experience in payment or financial services domain is a plus but not mandatory.
