- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in assigned area.
- Recruit, align, and manage sales team including planning market size and geography coverage for ASM positions.
- Ensure sales quality through audits and monitor team performance against plans and targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development in B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in sales/business development with large team handling.
