About This Role
- Drive growth of QR and Soundbox product distribution, increasing market share in assigned region.
- Build, recruit, and manage a sales team including ASM planning for market coverage and communication of targets.
- Ensure quality assurance through audits and monitoring of sales and acquisition by the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Education: MBA in Marketing.
- Good networking skills and experience coaching/mentoring sales teams.
