- Own and drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share within assigned operational area.
- Recruit, build, and manage a sales team to meet business objectives, including market planning and performance monitoring.
- Ensure quality control through audits and implement effective communication methods to align team targets with delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of work experience in sales, business development within B2C markets.
- MBA (Marketing) degree is required.
- Must have strong networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively in assigned area.
- Experience in quota-driven sales with proven skills in sales and negotiation.
