About This Role
- Drive growth of Paytm QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in assigned geographic area.
- Recruit, coach, and manage sales team including Assistant Sales Managers (ASMs) to meet market size and sales targets.
- Ensure product deployment quality by conducting audits and monitoring sales and acquisition activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C markets.
- MBA in Marketing (Education requirement).
- Proven experience in quota-driven sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong networker with capabilities to manage large sales teams and drive business in fast-growing, ambiguous environments.
- Experience or interest in payments and financial services sector preferred but not mandatory.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and communication to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
