About This Role
- Drive growth of QR and Soundbox distribution and market share within assigned geography.
- Recruit, build, and manage the sales team, including area sales managers, to meet business targets.
- Ensure quality of acquisitions and sales through monitoring, audits, and effective communication of plans and targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Strong networking capabilities with willingness to travel extensively in the specified area.
- Experience in payments and finance is a plus but not mandatory.
