- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in assigned operational area.
- Recruit, build, and manage sales team; plan market coverage and team geography allocation.
- Ensure quality and audit compliance of team acquisitions and sales; maintain accountability and visibility through deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in sales, business development or B2C markets with quota-driven sales experience.
- Must have strong networking skills and willingness to travel extensively within assigned area.
- Education: MBA in Marketing.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant sales/business development roles.
