Ability to work 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST with availability between 6:00 AM and 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for meetings.
Experienced tech lead capable of coaching junior developers and reviewing AI-generated code effectively in a regulated financial context.
Strong working knowledge of AI-native concepts (e.g., RAG, vector DBs, agent orchestration) and experience integrating AI agents for engineering automation.
Comfortable working in large, collaborative, distributed teams focused on Agile delivery and continuous improvement in a fintech setting.
