About This Role
- Lead design and development of backend services and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Oracle/MySQL databases.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness while ensuring outputs meet secure coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, setting best practices, collaborating cross-functionally, and participating in production support and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on development expertise in Java and Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL including SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Hands-on use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with demonstrated ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
