About This Role
- Lead technical direction and establish engineering standards for the Partnership Intelligence Measurement data platform while remaining hands-on with data pipelines.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and distributed data systems supporting enterprise SaaS data platform features.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design and architecture reviews focusing on scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, and operational impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years software engineering experience with strong data focus including production data systems design, build, and operation.
- Proficiency in Python and C#/.NET, with experience in AWS, Snowflake, MS SQL Server, and Apache Airflow required.
- Experience in leading technical teams and initiatives with architecture design and mentoring responsibilities.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant data engineering and technical leadership roles.

- Experienced technical leader proficient in designing and evolving large-scale data architectures and pipelines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaborator able to work across product management, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
