About This Role
- Own end-to-end AI-driven SecOps strategy and multi-year security roadmap for a global Azure infrastructure supporting 22,000+ Windows VMs and 3,000+ SQL Servers.
- Lead autonomous patching, CVE remediation, Azure governance, and Zero Trust security architecture adoption across large-scale enterprise environment.
- Direct cloud resilience, global audit compliance efforts, and mentor global SRE and engineering teams across North America and India.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud security, SRE, or enterprise security operations at large scale (10,000+ endpoints).
- Strong expertise in Azure platform security including Azure Policy, WAF, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Experience with Windows Server, MS SQL Server security, and enterprise patch tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM, NinjaOne, WSUS).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Master's preferred).

- Senior technical leader with proven track record of owning and delivering multi-year enterprise SecOps strategies involving AI-driven automation and Zero Trust.
- Experienced managing and mentoring global, cross-regional engineering teams in SecOps or SRE environments with follow-the-sun operational models.
- Skilled in engaging with executive leadership to present security posture, compliance metrics, and risk management insights.
