About This Role
- Lead design, development, and troubleshooting of scalable, secure cloud-native solutions primarily using Golang and/or Java.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability across the team.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies by collaborating with vendors and internal teams to fit architectural and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency in Golang and/or Java and strong understanding of cloud-native platforms including Kubernetes on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of secure coding and software development life cycle practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading engineering teams to adopt AI-assisted development and enforce secure, high-quality coding standards.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures with practical Kubernetes expertise on major cloud providers.
- Familiar with financial services industry IT systems and agile methodologies focusing on CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
