About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable full stack web applications using Angular (frontend) and Python Flask (backend).
- Architect and implement RESTful and gRPC APIs, microservices, and backend services with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, leading code reviews, and driving best engineering practices and Agile delivery processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience including frontend and backend.
- 5+ years experience with Angular 2+ and modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- 5+ years experience developing backend applications with Python and Flask.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of technical ownership over full stack development including architecture and process improvements.
- Strong backend and frontend expertise with modern frameworks and distributed system design, including microservices and APIs.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
