About This Role
- Own and execute the AI-driven SecOps strategy and multi-year roadmap across an enterprise Azure infrastructure of 22,000+ Windows VMs and 3,000+ SQL Servers.
- Lead patch governance using multiple enterprise tools and AI-assisted orchestration to ensure zero deployment failures and automated CVE remediation.
- Direct cloud resilience planning, compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, NIST, CIS), and mentor a global engineering team across North America and India.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cloud security, SRE, or enterprise security operations at scale (10,000+ endpoints).
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure security stack, Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure security, and enterprise patch management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (Master's preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant fields; Location Requirement: Chennai (full-time).

- Experienced leader with track record in directing large-scale AI SecOps or cloud security operations in global, multi-timezone environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure native security tools, automation scripting (PowerShell, Python), and DevSecOps pipelines integrating AI.
- Comfortable presenting technical security posture and compliance metrics to executive leadership and shaping enterprise-wide Zero Trust adoption.
