Role is onsite at HPE office; ITIL knowledge and relevant HPE/Juniper certifications (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE) preferred.
Experienced in a customer-facing, post-sales technical service role within large enterprises or network service providers specializing in IP/MPLS and datacenter networks.
Able to independently manage complex priorities in unstructured environments and coordinate multiple teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Technically skilled in modern networking technologies (Segment Routing, Traffic Engineering, VxLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN, Wireless) with familiarity in automation initiatives and ITIL processes.
