About This Role
- Participate in establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with Technology team.
- Identify and define application enhancements, analyze and resolve complex issues, and implement solutions using programming and debugging skills.
- Conduct testing, debugging, write code per design specifications, and evaluate risks ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant programming/debugging experience in business applications.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Framework, knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intermediate-level developer familiar with application programming activities in a technology team environment.
- Proficient in business process and system process analysis with capability to recommend and implement improvements.
- Experienced in risk assessment and compliance adherence during software development and business decision making.
